At IssaVault, we aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping services for all customer orders.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after the order is successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Times
After processing, standard delivery usually takes approximately 5 business days depending on the destination and local courier conditions.
In rare cases, such as temporary stock shortages, high demand, or logistical delays, delivery times may be extended by an additional 2–3 business days.
IssaVault works with trusted logistics partners to ensure orders are delivered as efficiently as possible.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with international logistics providers such as:

- YunExpress
These carriers allow us to provide tracked international shipping for our customers.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout, unless otherwise stated during special promotions or shipping upgrades.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipment has been dispatched.
