30-Day Return Policy

At IssaVault, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received
  • The item must include all original tags and packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please note that if the product received is correct and not defective, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

In such cases, IssaVault will cover the cost of return shipping or replacement where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These may include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Personal care or hygiene products (such as certain beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items where indicated

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original product and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To qualify under this rule:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

This right applies in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
